The Northeast Indiana Leather Accords

These NEIL accords are the cornerstone for a group of like minded adults and serve as a guideline of conduct to promote a positive environment for members to feel welcome, appreciated, and heard as part of the Leather Community.

We agree to:

 

• Strive for a welcoming, supportive, and thriving Leather Community that respects everyone
• Help those who are curious about joining the Leather community
• Treat each other with respect & as equals - no alpha behavior
• Champion education, communication, and consent
• Defend against phobic-centered speech & actions
• Advocate for each other and our community
• Participate in local/regional/national leather events as much as possible
• Hold each other accountable to the NEIL Accords
